We are a small Australian company. We don’t hold ISO 27001 yet — we’ll say so on the day we do.
Where data lives
Customer-supplied data is processed inside the customer’s own environment. Filix does not require client data on Filix infrastructure; engagements default to on-premise or private-cloud deployments inside the customer’s tenant. Where a hosted demo environment is used, the data is sample / synthetic and purged after the engagement.
This website
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, in the Australia East region (Sydney). Visitor analytics use Plausible (cookieless, EU-hosted). We do not use Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracking. There is no cookie banner because there are no consent-required cookies.
Form submissions — contact, demo requests, NDA-gated downloads, careers applications — are stored in our CRM and in Azure-hosted services in the same Australia East region, so submitted data does not leave Australia.
Third-party dependencies
Our platform depends on Rocket Visual COBOL (commercial licence from Rocket Software), .NET 8.0 (Microsoft, free), and Docker. Hosting for this website is Microsoft Azure App Service. Transactional email is sent via a third-party email service provider operating under our data-processing terms.
Compliance
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. For customers subject to APRA, GDPR, HIPAA, or sector-specific regimes we tailor engagement patterns accordingly.
